Kimberly Wong

Kimberly Wong focuses on prosecuting complex cases involving products liability, negligence, catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death.

Since 2008, Ms. Wong has represented low-income clients in various matters through the Bar Association of San Francisco’s Volunteer Legal Services Program. She was honored with the program’s 2008 Outstanding Volunteer Award. Ms. Wong also worked as a client advocate at the Tenderloin Housing Clinic and the Women’s Employment Rights Clinic. During this period, she practiced personal injury and employment law at a San Francisco plaintiffs’ firm.

With a law degree from Golden Gate University School of Law in 2007, Ms. Wong was a member of the honors program and moot court board. She was honored with awards for excellence in Pretrial Civil Litigation, Property I, Writing and Research I and II.

Ms. Wong served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Donald Sullivan in San Francisco Superior Court and for the Honorable Bernard Zimmerman in the U.S. District Court, Northern District of California. She graduated magna cum laude from Tufts University with an undergraduate degree in Psychology.

Ms. Wong is admitted to practice before California state courts, the U.S. District Court, Northern District of California and the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of California. She is a member of the Asian American Bar Association, Bar Association of San Francisco, Queen’s Bench and San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association.

A native San Franciscan, Ms. Wong is an avid fan of the San Francisco Giants.
